• All prices mentioned on the website are in AED and equate to cost per person.
• All our city tour and safari vehicles are equipped with emergency first aid kit, fire extinguisher, safety belts, and air conditioning. Each car in our fleet is also licensed and insured to carry up to six passengers, excluding the driver. All passengers are required to put down seat belts at all times.
• Photography of military and certain governmental institutions are strictly prohibited. Also, do not take pictures of Emiratis without taking prior permission for them. Lastly, do not photograph Emirati women.
• Musandam Tourism LLC reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the tour program due to climatic conditions, government regulations, or public holidays, to name a few, without any prior notice.
• The complete payment needs to be made upon tour confirmation.
• The maximum waiting time for passenger pick up for any tour is 15 minutes. Our drivers are instructed to leave after the allocated waiting time. Neither cancellation nor refund is allowed, subsequently.

• Kids below 5 years are free, 5 to 10 are charged half price and above 10 years are charged full price.
• No charges if you cancel the tour 24 hours before the departure and we will refund the deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure will not be acknowledged and there will not be any refund and deposit cannot be carry forwarded for next time as well.
• If you do not appear for the trip due to any reason, there will not be any refund.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

• Single entry Oman visit vis is 5 OMR each passport and you need to pay 35 AED as you an exit fee.
• Visa can be obtained from the border or can be applied online at https://evisa.rop.gov.om/
• Before booking please check visa eligibility as all visa types and nationalities are not eligible.
• Passport must be valid for more than the next 90 days from the tour date to get a visa on arrival from the border.
• If UAE resident then, passport and visa must be valid for more than 90 days from travel day.
• Must have an original passport with you to cross borders otherwise will not be allowed.
• Must have vehicle ownership (Mulkia) to get insurance from the border if it is not already covered.
• If you are renting a car then you must get a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from car Rental Company to cross the borders otherwise call will not be allowed to cross the borders.
