• Since because of the group tour with many guests, any delay and waiting will not be considered.

• Border crossing will strictly depend on the border immigration department. Any rejection will not be under the host’s responsibility.

• The guest should report one hour before the pickup point.

• You are advised to have the water, Umbrella, swimming kit, Sunscreen, Waterproof carry bags, Hiking Shoes, and water wear sandals will be advisable during wadi Shab tours.

• Pregnant & Heart patients or physically challenged are not allowed to swim or walk-in  

wadi shab.

• No food consumption is allowed with the driver’s permission in Coach.

• Any Damages to the coach or any property assets (Including hotels) will be penalized.

• Please note -applicable check-in and checkout timings at the hotel.

• In case of bad behavior to the co-travelers, hotel, coach, driver, or tour manager,

Tourist’s places will be taken action including legal actions.

• Full payment is mandatory for the confirmation.

• Due to bad weather or new govt rules, tours can’t be operated last-minute paid amount will not be refunded.

• Operators have the right to change or cut shot the itinerary due to less time availability.

• In case a passenger is delayed to report in the reporting point payment will not be refunded.

• If the passenger is a no-show paid amount will not be refunded.

• The package price will be changed at any time.

• If the package cannot be operated from the operator’s side full amount will be refunded.

• Package included Oman visa would be visa on arrival. If Oman immigration is denied the visa tourist should be back in UAE with their own expenses. The Tour package paid amount will not be refunded.

• If you are not eligible for a visa on arrival you have to book a pre-visa will be additionally chargeable.

• Please do not forget to bring your passport when you come for our Oman tour.

• Please carry a printout of the 02 dose vaccination certificate, and an Oman pre-visa copy if applicable.

Special Notes:-

• Oman is a conservative Middle East country, so a mandatory modesty/decent dress code is mandatory.

Men should wear long pants and shirts or T-shirts. Women preferably wear loose clothing.

It is essential to cover arms and shoulders all the time. Women must have their hair covered during the mosque visit. Swimming suites reserved for swimming pool & Wadis.

• Vaccinated travelers can enter Oman without restrictions. The vaccinated traveler should be carry their vaccination certificate with QR code.
